This role serves as a vital interface between citizens, the city council, the Lord Mayor, and various municipal departments within the City of Stuttgart's administrative coordination and international relations office. You will provide comprehensive support to the Department Head, managing high-level administrative tasks including appointment coordination, correspondence management, and the preparation of complex documents. A significant portion of the role involves acting as the first point of contact for public inquiries, conducting research, and welcoming international guests. Required Skills

Education

Experience
