As an IT Service Desk Agent in Hamburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, handling 1st level support requests for a leading IT managed services provider. Your daily responsibilities include processing and resolving incidents, managing service requests, and documenting all activities within a service management tool according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will support users with hardware, software, and mobile device issues while monitoring network environments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Customer Support Specialist, or equivalent qualification/experience).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT user support and 1st level support
  • Experience handling incidents, service requests, and changes within a ticketing system
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern Windows operating systems
  • Experience with hardware provisioning and mobile device support
  • Familiarity with network environments and basic monitoring
