Job Summary

This role involves providing high-priority, personalized IT support for executives and key users at a global technology leader. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze and resolve technical disruptions, set up and configure hardware including laptops, iPhones, and iPads, and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) setups. You will also play a critical role in facilitating high-level meetings by providing technical support for conference systems like Polycom and Lenovo ThinkSmart. The position is primarily based onsite in Neuperlach Süd, offering a dynamic environment where you serve as a dedicated technical point of contact. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience (3+ years).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Senior-level Desktop Support
  • Practical experience with Google Workspace and ITIL-oriented processes
  • Proven experience in VIP or high-priority executive IT support
  • Experience in network or system administration is considered an advantage
