Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician in Holzkirchen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries via phone, email, and direct onsite interaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive technical support for Office 365, video conferencing systems, and various end-user devices. You will independently plan and execute software rollouts and updates while maintaining and adapting existing installations in close collaboration with clients.
