As an IT Service Technician in Munich, you will join a prominent German IT service provider supporting diverse client environments. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, providing comprehensive user support for Microsoft Windows and Office products, and maintaining detailed IT documentation within a ticketing system. Depending on your specific technical expertise, you will handle incoming requests at either the First or Second Level via the IT Service Desk or Help Desk. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in error analysis and fault rectification for hardware and software
- Experience working within an IT Service Desk or Help Desk environment
- Practical knowledge of managing mobile devices and workstation hardware
