Required Skills
Education
University degree (FH-Diploma or Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field; or eligibility for the higher technical administrative service in the German federal administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in the supervision of signaling, telecommunications, or electrical installations
- Experience in reviewing technical design plans and conducting system acceptances
- Practical knowledge of Deutsche Bahn AG telecommunications and electrical systems is preferred
- Experience with level crossing and train protection technologies is highly desirable
- Experience in public administration or technical civil service is an advantage

- Must pass an employer-administered fitness assessment for driving, steering, and monitoring activities. Location choice between Hamburg or Schwerin. Applicants with foreign degrees must provide a certified German translation and proof of equivalence via ZAB or ANABIN.
