Job Summary

The Federal Institute of Hydrology (BfG) is seeking a Scientific Researcher to join the 'Water Chemistry' department in Koblenz. This role focuses on an innovative research project investigating pollutant emissions from the transport sector. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop and apply analytical methods for detecting and identifying organic trace substances in aquatic environments. Your daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory release experiments, planning and executing field measurement campaigns, assessing the environmental impact of pollutants, and publishing research findings.
