Job Summary

As a Sales Representative for Building Automation in Hamburg, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market potentials and strengthening existing client relationships. Your day-to-day activities involve acquiring new customers such as project developers, investors, and TGA planners, while serving as the central point of contact for HVAC and measurement and control technology (MSR) queries. You will calculate bespoke solutions for new installations, modernizations, and retrofit projects, guiding them through to contract closure. This role is highly attractive for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic sales and technical consulting. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training, ideally with a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification, or a degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Automation.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical sales, specifically targeting planning and engineering offices
  • Proven experience in building automation or GA technology applications
  • Practical experience in calculating technical solutions for new installations and retrofits
  • Experience in managing and expanding long-term customer networks and partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and goal-oriented sales processes
