Job Summary
As the Service Business Manager for Building Automation at Sauter Cumulus GmbH in Cologne, you will lead and develop a regional technical service team comprising project management, service technology, and sales. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the high-quality execution of maintenance and repair orders while managing efficient resource planning across all service and project teams. You will be responsible for the economic management of the service division, including budget control, forecasting, and KPI monitoring, in close coordination with branch management. A key part of the role is bridging the gap between new construction projects and ongoing service operations, ensuring a seamless transition for building automation systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or Technician/Master Craftsman qualification in Building Automation, MSR, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in service, project management, or the operation of building technology systems
- Leadership experience in a technical environment, preferably managing service technicians, project managers, or sales teams
- Proven experience in the economic management of technical business units including budget and resource control
