Job Summary

This role involves the establishment and operational management of a newly formed staff office dedicated to knowledge and technology transfer within a university medical faculty. As a (Junior) Project Coordinator, you will act as a central interface between aspiring entrepreneurs, internal researchers, and external partners in the startup ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing stakeholder communications, developing event formats, maintaining network databases, and overseeing social media and web presence. You will also handle administrative duties such as scheduling, document preparation, and the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a 'hands-on' environment and wants to shape a department from the ground up. It offers the stability of the German public service (TV-L) while providing significant creative freedom and the opportunity to work at the intersection of life sciences, research, and business innovation.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field; alternatively, a completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience
