As a Linux System Platform Engineer in Dresden, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure, scalable Linux-based platform infrastructures. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable technical field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development and customization of Linux/Unix-based systems
  • Proven experience with Python and Bash scripting
  • Experience in software development with C/C++ is preferred
  • Experience in IT security within Linux environments, including hardening and secure configurations
  • Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes or Podman
  • Experience in vulnerability management and CVE analysis for software components
  • Experience with automated build and test pipelines, specifically GitLab CI/CD
