Job Summary

As a Requirements Engineer at Materna Virtual Solution, you will act as a vital link between diverse stakeholders and development teams to shape secure mobile work solutions. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing stakeholder needs, translating them into detailed technical requirements, and creating Epics and User Stories. You will lead feasibility studies, manage requirement-related project phases, and conduct feature presentations or training sessions across all hierarchy levels. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with Product Owners, sales teams, and regulatory bodies like the BSI. Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; alternatively, a technical vocational training with equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Requirements Engineering and Project Management
  • Professional experience in software development environments and understanding of software architectures
  • Proven track record in managing heterogeneous stakeholder groups, including government authorities or critical infrastructure (KRITIS)
  • Experience in creating technical concepts, Epics, and User Stories for development teams
