Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Mobile Development at Materna Virtual Solution, you will spearhead the disciplinary leadership of two agile Scrum teams totaling 15 specialists focused on Android and Flutter development. Your daily responsibilities involve fostering individual growth through feedback and goal-setting, ensuring delivery excellence by managing capacity and milestones, and collaborating with Tech Leads and Architects to align development with the company's high-security product strategy. This role is uniquely positioned within the 'SecurePIM & Trust' competence center, where you will work on ultra-secure mobile solutions approved for classified government data (VS-NfD). The position offers a high degree of autonomy and the flexibility to work from offices in Berlin, Dortmund, Munich, or remotely within Germany.
