Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Requirements Engineer, focusing on analyzing and understanding the needs and technical procedures of stakeholders for the product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating these product requirements into detailed specifications for development teams, managing coordination with various stakeholders including customers, sales, Product Owners, development, and the BSI (Federal Office for Information Security). Key day-to-day tasks include conducting feasibility analyses, creating Epics and User Stories, supporting effort estimation, and leading/moderating feature presentations and knowledge transfer sessions. Qualifications require a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in Requirements Engineering and Project Management using established standards. The position demands strong analytical skills, technical understanding of software development architectures, and fluency in both German and English, offering the chance to work on highly secure mobile solutions for government and critical infrastructure sectors.
