Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment of secure mobile software solutions. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for analyzing customer needs regarding software solutions for secure mobile working, leading external software training, coaching, and workshops, and supporting the introduction of new features and releases. A core part of the job involves comprehensive consulting and support for customers regarding product usage and processes, particularly concerning the SecurePIM product and new app developments within the Apple Indigo and Samsung Knox Native ecosystems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in mobile operating systems (iOS/Android) and strong communication skills to act as the primary technical expert and liaison between customers, product management, sales, and development teams, ensuring product optimization based on customer feedback.
Required Skills
Education
Information Technology degree or comparable professional training
Experience
- Initial experience as a Customer Success Manager for complex software solutions
- Initial experience in external or internal customer support within the IT environment
- Practical experience with iOS or Android operating systems
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜ 2 or higher)
