Job Summary

This role involves managing and conducting laboratory and computer-based practical sessions within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology. You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and international master's students in the fields of robotics and automation, specifically utilizing Kuka.Sim software and PLC programming. Beyond teaching, you will manage internal manufacturing orders using laser cutting equipment, support students in prototype construction for Technical Design projects, and collaborate with industry partners. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to engage in public outreach, designing high-impact laboratory demonstrations for events like Open House days and school visits. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
