Job Summary

This role focuses on developing physical designs for silicon Power MOSFETs within the 60V to 300V voltage range. As a Technology Development Engineer, you will be responsible for defining the design environment for new technologies, creating electrical characterization structures, and developing test programs to monitor performance. Your daily tasks involve generating multi-chip designs, mask definitions, and design manuals while ensuring process tolerances are met from concept to volume production. This position is ideal for a proactive technical expert who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams to drive innovation in semiconductor technology. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a comparable qualification from a vocational college (e.g., HTL) with relevant experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience with Power MOSFETs and Analog/Mixed-Signal layout design using EDA tools
  • Professional experience in semiconductor process technology and MOSFET electrical behavior
  • Experience with electrical characterization techniques and laboratory testing
  • Experience in documenting layout designs and technology design manuals
  • Experience working within interdisciplinary and multicultural project teams
