You will act as a technical consultant for IT system integration and interface design, ensuring seamless connectivity for third-party applications. The role offers significant flexibility, allowing for up to 60% mobile work within Germany or up to 30 days of remote work from selected international locations. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Medicine with an IT affinity; or equivalent vocational training and further education as an IT Specialist with extensive relevant work experience.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in customer IT support, preferably involving medical imaging devices and clinical workflows.
  • Experience working with virtualized IT systems, scripting, and server hardware.
  • Proven experience in implementing interfaces for third-party applications within a clinical setting.
  • Professional experience in managing multiple support requests simultaneously and prioritizing tasks in a structured manner.
  • Experience in intercultural cooperation and supporting international customers via telephone.

Additional

  • This is a fixed-term position for 2 years. Candidates must be able to support customers during EMEA business hours (7 AM to 6 PM). The role can be based in Erlangen (Germany), Romania, Poland, Portugal, or Paris (France).
