In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for local employees, providing hands-on technical assistance for various IT challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the assembly, maintenance, and replacement of hardware such as PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers, as well as the installation and configuration of software and operating systems. You will also manage the technical setup of meeting rooms and perform basic network cabling tasks. A significant part of the job involves logging and tracking incidents within a ticket system while coordinating closely with the central IT department.
