Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for the Thünen Institute, a federal research institute with over 1,200 employees. As a First-Level Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for scientific staff, handling hardware and software installation, remote maintenance, and network integration. Day-to-day tasks include managing user accounts in Active Directory, overseeing media technology for conferences, and maintaining IT inventories and licenses.
