Job Summary

The Occupational Health Specialist at DP World is a pivotal role dedicated to promoting employee health, safety, and work capacity within a global logistics environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the Corporate Integration Management (BEM) process, conduct return-to-work interviews, and consult with operations managers to address health-related challenges and absenteeism. You will be responsible for analyzing health data and KPIs to derive targeted prevention measures and implement national and global health programs. This position is unique for its blend of strategic health management and hands-on operational support, requiring a high degree of empathy and professional communication. Working closely with HR, HSE, and the Works Council, you will help shape a sustainable and healthy work culture.
