In this role as an On-Site IT Support Technician based in Munich-Sendling, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring the seamless operation of hardware and software for the client's employees. Your daily responsibilities will include managing user accounts and permissions, providing first-level support via phone, email, and remote access, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues directly on-site. A significant portion of the role involves mobile device management (MDM), where you will set up tablets and smartphones and deploy applications. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or Information Electronics Technician).

Experience

  • Professional experience in providing IT support and user assistance
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems and service hotlines
  • Practical experience in managing mobile devices and tablets via MDM solutions
  • Experience in troubleshooting and error analysis for hardware and software components
