In this role as an On-Site IT Support Technician based in Munich-Sendling, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring the seamless operation of hardware and software for the client's employees. Your daily responsibilities will include managing user accounts and permissions, providing first-level support via phone, email, and remote access, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues directly on-site.
