Job Summary

As a Senior Onsite Support Specialist in Geretsried, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for a successful nationwide service provider. Your daily responsibilities include administering Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and VMware systems, as well as overseeing network technology and firewall systems. You will be the go-to person for hardware installations, technical support, and the coordination of procurement and license management. Beyond standard IT support, you will manage specialized systems such as time tracking, CCTV, and telephony, while providing essential training to staff.
