Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will serve as the central point of contact for users in an industrial environment, ensuring stable IT operations and efficient system processes. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support for Windows clients, hardware, and software, as well as installing and configuring laptops and peripheral devices. You will manage user accounts via Active Directory and Exchange, troubleshoot network issues involving VPNs and firewalls, and document all activities within a ticketing system.
