Job Summary

This role involves establishing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS) for AGL, a municipal service company in Lüneburg. As a key member of the IT Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving IT infrastructure security, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with critical regulations such as GDPR, the IT Security Act, and NIS2. A significant part of the role includes developing emergency recovery plans, coordinating audits, and fostering security awareness through employee training. This position is particularly vital as AGL manages critical infrastructure (KRITIS), including wastewater and city maintenance.
