Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic scheduling and dispatching of service technicians and external service providers within an international IT infrastructure environment. Your day-to-day activities involve resource planning, route optimization, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will act as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, handling incident reports and service requests via phone and email while documenting all activities in ITSM tools like ServiceNow. The position requires a balance of administrative precision and proactive communication to manage escalations and optimize internal processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or equivalent qualification.
