Job Summary

As a Bioinformatician in the Systems Immunology & Medicine unit, you will play a critical role in advancing next-generation antigen discovery and personalized cancer immunotherapies. Your daily responsibilities will involve driving the analysis of clinical and preclinical datasets to uncover immunogenomic features that influence disease progression and therapeutic response. You will design and optimize scalable computational pipelines and develop predictive AI models to enhance immunotherapy efficacy. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will also support validation efforts through molecular and immunological assays and communicate your findings through high-impact scientific publications and international conferences. Required Skills

Ph.D. in Computational Biology or a related data-driven field

Experience

  • Proven track record of applying machine learning/AI in biomedical research
  • Experience in managing multiple research projects simultaneously
  • Experience with high-performance computing environments and version control
