Job Summary

This role involves performing critical maintenance, inspection, and repair work on Balance-of-Plant (BoP) systems for offshore wind farms in the German North Sea. You will be responsible for the integrity of foundation structures, steel constructions, and coatings, while also maintaining electrical auxiliary systems such as lighting and safety infrastructure. Working within a 14/14 offshore rotation model, you will ensure high safety and quality standards (HSE) and document all activities in SAP. This position is ideal for technical professionals with a background in metalwork, mechanics, or electronics who are looking for a stable, long-term assignment within the renewable energy sector. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training in metal construction, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in offshore structures, foundations, or Balance-of-Plant (BoP) systems
  • Experience in corrosion protection, steel construction, or electrical auxiliary systems
  • Previous experience in the offshore wind sector is highly preferred
  • Experience working according to high safety and quality standards (HSE)

  • Valid GWO Basic Safety Training required; HUET certification preferred; G41 medical fitness for heights required; must be willing to work a 14-day on/14-day off offshore rotation; position is for permanent employment only (no freelancers).
