Job Summary

As a Facility Manager specializing in Electrical Systems, you will take on a leadership role at an industrial site in Hamburg-Nord. You will be responsible for both the technical and disciplinary management of a team of up to 10 employees, ensuring that all contractually agreed services for technical installations are delivered efficiently. Your daily activities will include acting as the central point of contact for clients regarding technical building management, supporting facility operations, and utilizing CAFM systems. Furthermore, you will be tasked with the planning, calculation, and organization of electrical services within an industrial context.
