Job Summary

As a Facility Operations Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP/TGA) systems, you will take full responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of staff at a specific site in Saarbrücken. Your day-to-day activities will involve serving as the central point of contact for the client, ensuring all contractually agreed technical services are delivered, and managing complex technical building systems. You will be responsible for personnel planning, resource allocation, and internal performance accounting.
