Job Summary
As a Facility Operations Manager for Technical Building Services (TGA), you will take on both technical and disciplinary responsibility for your assigned site and its team in Stuttgart. Your daily activities will involve acting as the central point of contact for clients regarding all technical building management queries, steering the onsite team, and planning personnel deployment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contractually agreed services are delivered efficiently and that complex technical systems are maintained to high standards. This role is ideal for those who possess strong quality and cost consciousness alongside a service-oriented mindset. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician, Plant Mechanic for HVAC) is required. Ideally supplemented by further qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or a Bachelor/Engineering degree in Facility Management, Supply Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical building services or facility management is preferred.
- Experience in disciplinary and technical leadership of personnel.
- Experience in managing complex technical systems and installations.
- Experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
- Career starters or career changers with a willingness to undergo further training are also welcome.

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position involves onsite responsibility in Stuttgart.
