Job Summary

As the Head of Acetate Production at Cerdia's Freiburg site, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the production facility. Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring a smooth and efficient manufacturing process while providing disciplinary and technical leadership to your team. You will hold full accountability for budget planning, cost control, and resource management, as well as maintaining strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. A key part of this role is the continuous optimization of production processes and plant controls to maximize availability and minimize downtime.
