As the Head of Energy Supply at Cerdia's Freiburg location, you will lead a specialized team of power plant operators and masters responsible for the 24/7 production of process steam, compressed air, electricity, and cooling water. Your daily responsibilities include the disciplinary and technical management of the energy department, ensuring the efficient operation of a modern gas and steam turbine plant, and overseeing the integration of a new biomass combustion facility. You will be a key player in strategic energy hedging, ISO 50001 compliance, and regional district heating initiatives.
