Job Summary

This role involves joining the General Administration of the Max Planck Society, Germany's most prestigious research organization, as a Specialist for IT Procurement. Working 19.5 hours per week, the successful candidate will manage the planning and implementation of new procurement instruments with institute-wide impact. A key focus of this position is the integration of Artificial Intelligence into daily purchasing processes, from identifying use cases to final modeling and testing. Additionally, you will represent the procurement department in the central migration project to SAP S/4HANA and SAP SRM successor products. You will be responsible for conducting complex procurement procedures specifically within the IT segment.
