Job Summary

This role places you at the heart of Siemens' Electrification & Automation division, where you will drive the internal sustainability strategy and lead the implementation of the DEGREE framework. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage corporate reporting for critical regulations such as the EU Taxonomy and CSRD, while overseeing Scope 3 downstream emissions data. You will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams in Procurement, R&D, and Logistics to ensure sustainability is embedded in the entire product lifecycle. Beyond strategy, you will serve as a Crisis and Business Continuity Manager to ensure business resilience. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in a sustainability-related field or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Operations, Procurement, and R&D
  • Experience in environmental reporting and sustainability data management projects
  • Experience in business resilience and crisis management
