Job Summary

This 12-month trainee program offers a comprehensive entry into the future of autonomous and sustainable infrastructure. As a trainee, you will rotate through various sales departments, including Development Sales, Territory Sales, and Account Management, focusing on innovative IoT and AI-driven software solutions for complex real estate. Your day-to-day will involve learning how to build strategic customer relationships within the commercial real estate, healthcare, and industrial sectors, while effectively communicating the value of smart building technologies to decision-makers. The role is highly attractive due to its permanent employment contract from day one, personalized mentoring, and flexible mobile working options. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration with a technical focus, or Real Estate Management with a technical focus.

Experience

  • Professional experience through internships or working student positions
  • Experience or strong interest in AI and IoT technologies
  • Experience in communicating complex technological concepts to customers
  • Recent graduate or currently completing final studies
