Job Summary

This full-time position at the University Hospital Würzburg offers a unique opportunity to participate in the clinical translation of a novel nuclear medicine diagnostic procedure. Working within the Clinic for Nuclear Medicine, you will bridge the gap between laboratory research and clinical application ('Bench-to-Bedside'). Your daily responsibilities will include process engineering to transfer drug synthesis to automated cassette systems, performing quality control using HPLC and GC, and managing regulatory documentation for authorities like BfArM. This role is particularly attractive for those looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry, as it provides comprehensive training in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and registration documentation. You will work in a high-tech environment featuring cyclotrons and hot cells, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians and scientists to improve diagnostic algorithms for endocrine diseases through innovative molecular PET imaging.
