This leadership role involves heading the Budget and Contracts department for the City of Frankfurt's Refugee Management and Housing unit. You will be responsible for leading a team of four employees, overseeing the strategic management of approximately 100 accommodation facilities for refugees and homeless citizens. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating complex operator and rental agreements, managing annual budgets, and developing budget control concepts. You will act as a key negotiator with facility providers and prepare official board templates for the city administration. Required Skills

Education
