This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries from trainees, teaching staff, and employees, ensuring smooth daily operations of digital systems. As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets, and overseeing user permissions and accounts. Beyond routine maintenance, you will play a key role in modernizing the organization's digital landscape by supporting the implementation of a new training and education system and contributing to the design of a fresh IT infrastructure.
