This role involves leading the administrative operations for the newly formed 'Pastoral Spaces' within the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Münster. As the Head of Administration, you will oversee all non-pastoral staff, including secretarial, maintenance, and music personnel, while relieving parish priests of operational administrative burdens. You will serve as a strategic advisor to church boards on matters of human resources, budgeting, accounting, real estate management, and investment projects.
