Job Summary

As the Head of Administration for the Pastoral Space in Ibbenbüren, you will play a pivotal role in restructuring the administrative landscape of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Münster. Your primary responsibility is to lead and manage all non-pastoral staff, including administrative assistants, musicians, sextons, and facility management personnel. You will act as a strategic partner to the parish priests, relieving them of operational administrative burdens, while advising the church boards on personnel management, budgeting, accounting, and property investments.
