Operating out of Bonn, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of IT requests, from initial categorization and prioritization in a ticketing system to resolving incidents or escalating them to Second Level Support. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, maintenance, and setup of hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and network components. Additionally, the role involves administering Microsoft Active Directory Services and managing Office 365 environments. Required Skills

Education
