Job Summary
This role at the City of Stuttgart's Audit Office involves a blend of technical support and administrative duties. As the primary point of contact for Information and Communication Technology (ICT), you will provide first-level IT support, manage hardware and software procurement, and handle inventory. Your responsibilities include user administration, permission management, and acting as a deputy IT security officer to ensure system integrity. On the administrative side, you will support the general service department with financial tasks such as electronic invoice processing, asset accounting, and personnel organization. Required Skills
Education
Degree in IT Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker), Public Administration (Verwaltungswirt), or a comparable qualification with strong technical IT knowledge.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration is preferred
- Practical experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Experience in IT administration and permission management
- Experience in financial administrative tasks such as electronic invoicing
- Experience with Lotus Notes and Mozilla Firefox is ideal
