Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join the City of Potsdam's Department of Organization and Digitalization, where you will actively contribute to the digital transformation of public administration. Day-to-day, you will support the Organizational Development team by digitizing job descriptions, mapping and modeling administrative processes using the PICTURE platform, and assisting in process optimization. You will also play a key role in change management initiatives and help organize workshops and meetings. Required Skills

Education

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Technology, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Completion of at least three semesters of a relevant Bachelor's degree program
  • Professional experience or strong academic background in process management and digital transformation
  • Experience in independent and self-reliant work environments
  • Experience in administrative office tasks and documentation

Additional

  • Maximum 20 hours per week. Fixed-term contract until October 31, 2026. Applicants must not have had a previous employment relationship with the State Capital Potsdam per § 14 Abs. 2 TzBfG. Up to 50% mobile work allowed.
