This leadership role involves the strategic and operational management of the Housing Supply Division for the City of Potsdam. You will lead teams responsible for housing placement, housing supervision, and housing entitlement certificates. Day-to-day, you will conduct spatial and target-group-specific analyses of housing needs, manage strategy implementation for affordable housing projects (such as the 'Potsdam Bonus'), and act as a key negotiator with housing companies and state authorities. The position requires a candidate who can define requirements for social housing construction projects and ensure the implementation of rent and occupancy commitments. Required Skills

Education

Experience
