Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hardware and software support for a leading international IT infrastructure service provider. Your daily activities will include the maintenance of printers and multi-function devices, setting up network printers, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. You will handle the physical installation, relocation, and cabling of IT hardware, as well as the deployment of PCs including operating systems and standard software. A significant portion of the role involves providing remote and on-site support, utilizing SCCM and Active Directory for software distribution, and documenting all activities within a ticketing system. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy direct user communication and hands-on technical tasks. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global workforce of 20,000 employees, supporting large-scale enterprise and public sector clients with high chances of permanent takeover.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training, retraining, or equivalent professional IT experience.

Experience

  • Completed technical vocational training or at least 1 year of practical experience in the IT environment within the last 3 years
  • Professional experience in onsite and remote support including independent ticket processing
  • Practical experience with hardware/software installation, repair, and upgrades
  • Professional experience in cabling and physical IT hardware setup
