This role involves providing high-touch, in-person technical support within a global technology company's 'Tech Bar' or 'Genius Bar' environment. As an IT Onsite Technician, you will be the face of IT for employees, handling walk-in requests for immediate hardware and software troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include managing incidents for PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, facilitating device enrollment and onboarding for new hires, and performing rapid hardware swaps for peripherals like docking stations and keyboards.
