As a Junior IT Technician, you will be responsible for day-to-day IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within a WIntel environment. Your primary duties involve the physical rollout and replacement of hardware, including tablets, smartphones, printers, laptops, and workstations. You will handle desk cabling, network patching, and software installations to ensure seamless IT operations for large-scale enterprise and public sector clients. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to work at heights using ladders or lifting platforms and providing general technical support as a 'helping hand' on-site.
