As a Technical Operations Manager, you will serve as the Second-Level Support for customers and act as the central point of contact for service technicians to assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution. Your daily responsibilities include planning service assignments, managing communication with investors, subcontractors, and manufacturers, and ensuring the processing of manufacturer warranties. You will also be responsible for documenting project progress in the 'Engine4' Field Service Management system and managing the company's control center. Required Skills

Education
