Working within the Structural Engineering department, you will be responsible for the project management, technical planning, and site supervision of new construction, extensions, and renovation measures for electrical systems. The portfolio includes a wide range of public buildings such as schools, administrative offices, and sports facilities. You will act as the client representative, overseeing complex maintenance and construction tasks from planning through to execution. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Electrical Engineering; OR State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering (focus on Power Engineering) with additional qualifications; OR specific vocational training with extensive relevant experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management for electrical systems within building construction projects
  • Experience in creating service specifications, awarding contracts, and billing construction services according to VOB
  • Minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience if applying as a State-Certified Technician
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience if applying with a specific vocational qualification equivalent to a degree
  • Experience in client-side representation for complex new builds and maintenance measures

Additional

  • Must hold a valid TRGS 519 expertise certificate. Willingness to work outside standard office hours for emergencies or planned maintenance is required. Physical ability to access various sites (some only via stairs) is necessary. Must be willing to mentor junior staff and trainees.
